Neo, is the Italo –American songwriter, composer, conductor and record producer, Peitor Angell, who is the phantom-impresario-brainchild behind the cool Pacific Coast Jazz ensemble know as Monte Carlo & His Orchestra.  He has writing songs, composing and arranging music as well as producing records for many artists including Grammy award winning vocalists, Thelma Houston, Charo, Cissy Houston and The Sweet Inspirations.  In addition, he also has several Billboard Top 10 Club Hits tucked under his beret while his Chill-Out tracks – under the MINDSCAPE series moniker – have been extremely popular and appeared in many movies and television shows.  In his own words, “The Neo Yéyé experience is transportation through sound to the fun, enthusiastic, creative whimsey and sense of play found in the European pop music of the Mod 60’s.”  The intoxicating concoction is created by bringing in great studio musicians to record the backing tracks to support Yeye’s intricately woven vocals.

Yéyé is the French-Italian-American singer/songwriter, actor and author Carole Raphaelle Davis. She previously released records as a solo artist on Warner Brothers (produced by NileRogers), Atlantic and Sony Europe.  Carole has starred in movies and television including her critically acclaimed role of Amalita in the hit series Sex and the City.  She is also the co-writer of Slow Love, on Prince’s Grammy winning album of the year, Sign O’ the Times. Splitting her time between NYC, LA and the Riviera, She is thrilled to be collaborating with Neo on this exciting new project, Neo Yéyé. “For me, the Neo Yéyé experience is the vibrant and innovative joy of Retro Lounge blasted into the must-attend Riviera party of the future. It’s stylish and sophisticated, fun and all real–no loops, just the best musicians working today.”
